Birth Doula Support
Birth is a threshold—physical, emotional, and deeply spiritual. As your birth doula, I offer grounded, compassionate support that centers your intuition, your body, and your lived experience.
My role is to walk alongside you and your birth partner through pregnancy, labor, and birth with steady presence, evidence-informed guidance, and deep respect for your choices. I hold space for the full range of emotions that can arise and help you feel supported, informed, and empowered.
What I Offer
Prenatal Support
Our time together before birth is about building trust, confidence, and continuity of care. Prenatal visits may include:
Exploring your hopes, preferences, and questions around birth
Emotional processing and nervous system support
Education around the physiology of labor and birth options
Prenatal yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices
Body-based preparation and comfort techniques
Partner support and practical ways to work together during labor
Labor & Birth Support
During labor, I provide continuous, non-clinical support focused on comfort, advocacy, and presence. This may include:
Hands-on comfort measures, positioning, and movement
Breathwork, visualization, and grounding practices
Support for physiological labor and informed decision-making
Emotional reassurance and steady companionship
Support for partners so they can stay connected and confident
Photography to capture the intimacy of your journey, upon request
I collaborate respectfully with your care team and adapt moment by moment to what your labor is asking for.
Immediate Postpartum Support
In the hours following birth, I remain present to help you integrate the experience, support early bonding, and ensure you feel held as you transition into postpartum.
Postpartum Integration Session
One to two weeks after your birth, we reconvene to ensure you are well-supported. We open the space with grounding and intention setting, and let our time together unfold as it is meant to — with space to share your birth story, ask questions, explore the terrain of parenthood. I provide you with connections to local resources that serve to support you within this tender time.
My Approach
My work is rooted in a belief that birth unfolds most in alignment when people feel safe, supported, and deeply listened to. I draw from prenatal and postpartum yoga, mindfulness and meditation, somatic awareness, traditional birth wisdom, and modern evidence-based practices.
I honor birth as both a biological process and a rite of passage. My intention is to support you in feeling informed, respected, and cared for throughout.

2 Prenatal Informational Visits

On-Call for 4 weeks: 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks beyond estimated due date
Continuous Birth Support
1 Postpartum Care Session
All services within the seed package, plus:
Two private prenatal yoga sessions with Reiki
Discounts that can be applied to participate in Pregnancy Sisterhood and Mother Rising Series (seasonally)
All within the Bloom Package plus:
Mother Blessing ceremony
One additional prenatal and Reiki session

Birth asks a lot of partners. They're witnessing someone they love in one of the most intense experiences of their life, often without knowing what's normal, what to do with their hands, or how to read what you need moment to moment. A doula holds the knowledge so your partner can hold you. I bring my foundation of information and experience so that the two of you can be fully present to each other.
Together, we become a team. And that team is built entirely around you.

Yes. My role is never to steer you toward or away from any choice — it's to make sure every choice you make is yours, fully informed and fully supported. In our prenatal visits, we'll explore the full landscape of comfort and coping so you arrive at birth knowing your options. And if you choose an epidural — whether that's been your plan from the beginning or you arrive at it in within your labor — I will be right there with you, advocating for your care, helping you navigate the experience, and honoring that decision as the sovereign choice it is.

Yes. From the moment you call me in labor, I am with you — and I stay until you and your baby are settled and held in those sacred first hours after birth. This is my commitment to you.
In the unlikely event that a true emergency arises on my end, I will never leave you without support. I keep a trusted backup doula who will know your story before your birth.
